A note from your host Claire: In my experience, having low or limited energy reserves is super common for neurodivergent people. 
Whether it's because of chronic illness, being burnt out from masking our whole lives, or the trauma of the last few years, sooo many of us are wrestling with how to run and grow our businesses when we have less energy than the people in the online entrepreneur space who are teaching us how to grow our businesses. I know for me, my energy is limited and fluctuates a lot, so keeping up with certain "fool-proof" strategies so often just doesn't feel possible.
