Whether it's because of rejection sensitivity dysphoria, or people pleasing as a survival strategy, or because of past shame, many of us can take feedback way too hard, and it ends up doing us more harm than good. 
In this presentation, Kari Burch walks us through her framework for handling and responding to feedback so that we can approach it fully grounded and with agency, rather than fear and emotion.
