Replenish: Protective Practices for Strategic Scheduling with Jennifer Alumbaugh

A note from your host Claire: I don't know about you, but there are some days when I just can't, even though my to-do list is a mile long. That's why I freaking loved Jennifer’s presentation.
It’s all about how to manage your time and schedule in a way that honors the fact that us neurodivergent people experience time differently from how most people do. Our energy is deeply tied up with our experience of time.
Whether you’re already being strategic with your schedule in regards to your energy, or whether this is a totally new idea to you, you’ll definitely get some amazing wisdom from this presentation.
